Since 2009, Canadian-Australian stand-up and sketch comic Alasdair Tremblay-Birchall has charmed audiences around the world with his unique brand of “delightfully quirky stand-up”(Chortle). His soulful, self-deprecating and smart sets have earned him rave reviews and fans across the country.
A writer for Micallef’s ‘Mad As Hell’ and Channel 10’s ‘The Project’, he is also a member of YouTube sketch group Stupid Old Man Media, who have clocked over 60,000 views for their creations and were recipients of ABC’s Fresh Blood program in 2014. Tremblay-Birchall is one half of the popular ‘Two in the Think Tank’ podcast and the creator of cult live art/comedy project Alasdair Lists Everything.
Having performed at festivals and rooms around the world including Edinburgh Fringe, New York, Taiwan, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival and the Comedy Store in Sydney, Alasdair returns amidst critical and popular acclaim with his “warm, confident and occasionally absurd” (The Age) stand-up.
